I started off with the transom then added the first of the bottom. Which is 1 full sheet cut to the shap of the hull. To get the hull shape I lay the sheet on top popped a couple of screw in at the stern to hold it still then drilled pilot holes every 125mm and used a measuring stick to get the distance from the edge of the sheet to the stringer underneath. Loads of work/time on the frames to get the Stringers in. I've used a Makita Multi tool for the job it make cutting out the frames to receive the stringers easy. The blades are a bit expensive but it saves loads of time and effort. This is taking some time, 7 frames and 10 stringers thats 70 individual joints and that doesn't count the keel floors. Lots of measuring and consulting the plans. You do need to brace all the frame both fore and aft but also athwartships.
